Service and access
Weld Planner is provided by WeldingDroid ApS, Håndværkervej 8, 6600 Vejen, Denmark (CVR 40410538). The 14-day trial starts when your registration is completed and needs no payment card. A paid subscription is shown at €249 per month or €2,390.40 billed annually before checkout. Payment and renewal details are presented at checkout. Access links are for your company’s authorized users; do not publish or resell them. WeldingDroid may revoke a compromised link and arrange a replacement.
Engineering use
Calculated passes, filler estimates and suggested settings are planning aids. A qualified person must verify the actual welding procedure, material, gas, penetration, fusion and inspection requirements before production. Approval in the interface records your decision about a tested pass; it is not a WeldingDroid certification or a substitute for your WPS, qualifications or applicable standards.
Approved data and shared recommendations
By choosing Approved, you confirm you are entitled to contribute that joint geometry and those pass settings for use in Weld Planner’s shared reference pool. WeldingDroid may use them to inform recommendations for other customers. Shared recommendations exclude company identity, contact information and test notes, but the settings themselves may be commercially sensitive. Do not approve confidential settings unless your company permits this use. You can ask us to review or remove a contributed record at contact@weldingdroid.com.
Account and privacy
Keep your access link private and tell us if it is lost or shared unintentionally. Our Privacy Notice explains how registration, activity and approved settings are handled. For access, billing or service questions, email contact@weldingdroid.com.
